Project Management Team

Project Management Team

The everyday project management, financial and administrative, is centralised at the level of the coordinating partner. The PMT (Project Management Team) consists of an overall project manager, an assistant, a financial manager and a project secretary. The PMT can be contacted at the House of the Province of Zeeland in Middelburg (The Netherlands). For contact information see the contact page on the website. The PMT will coordinate the cooperation process by internal and external communication. Furthermore, the PMT will organise all meetings, education, trainings, exercise week and final conference. This team also organises and facilitates the process of reporting, both in terms of contents and finances and will take care of all financial matters related to the project.
The PMT is responsible for dissemination of the project activities and output.
